Our products are not medicinal products and have not been assessed or approved by the European Medicines Agency or the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG). You may only order if you are at least 21 years old and order in a research capacity. We may ask for reasonable proof and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed. The full rules are in the terms of sale.

The legal status of research compounds differs from country to country. You are responsible for making sure that buying, importing, holding and using a product is permitted where you are, and for any licences that requires.

We describe each product and publish the analytical record for each production batch as carefully as we can. A batch record describes the batch that was tested; it is not a promise about the result of your own work. Where a record is marked as pending or as a preview, it is not a laboratory result, and a product is only dispatched once its batch record is published.

References to published studies are given for scientific context only. They describe the work of other researchers under their own protocols and say nothing about the use of our products; they are not claims about what a product does.

Handle products only in a suitable laboratory setting, following good laboratory practice, the storage conditions on the label and the rules for disposal of research materials that apply to you. Keep products out of reach of anyone not qualified to handle them.

We are not liable for loss or harm arising from use of a product outside a research setting, contrary to its labelling or contrary to our terms of sale. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
